✅ FULL COVERAGE (Eligible for Free Return/Exchange)

We will cover all postage and replacement fees in the following cases:

  1. Customization errors – The product personalization does not match the information you provided, or there is a clear error in customization.

  2. Wrong or defective items – You received the wrong product, broken items, or defective goods.

  3. Unclear printing/engraving – Blurry images, unclear lettering, or quality that does not match the preview.

  4. Incorrect size sent – You received the wrong or mismatched size.


❌ NO RETURN & EXCHANGE

The following cases are not eligible under our 90-day policy:

  1. Requests made after the 90-day return window.

  2. Non-quality issues for personalized/custom products.

  3. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled. (For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks, etc. cannot be returned.)

  5. Wrong size chosen by the customer.

  6. Personal reasons such as change of mind, dislike of style, or personal taste.

  7. Partial returns from bundled/set purchases.


📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at service@wisgift.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

📦 After We Receive Your Return

  • We’ll inspect the item and send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • A receipt of your refund will be emailed to you.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging included.

  • For personalized items, if you cancel or modify your order after production has started, a 30% customization fee will be deducted. (Note: Production begins immediately after the order is placed to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding.)

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
